The States of Splendor’s podcast is back after a more than two year hiatus! Back as the States of Splendor’s Thoughtstream, renamed after a user suggested the nomenclature change, this 10th installation features a special guest. Spencer Campbell, from Spencer’s Adventures, joins us to talk about the renewed interest for low tech, older tech, specialized tech and decentralized tech, amongst the new generations of Millenials (Gen Y), Gen Z and Gen Alpha.

We also feature our two usual capsules inside the Thoughtstreams: the Splendor Show and Tell and the Hindsight Chronicle. Both feature quite intriguing subjects and are great to listen to when you don’t know what to listen to or watch when you’re about to eat or to lie down for a rest, or are stuck on a long bus ride. Some people characterize the Thoughtstreams as ASMR, but we don’t view them that way. They can better be defined as produced to help in approaching a creative state of flow.
