States of Splendor
The States of Splendor podcast #2 is finally online. After a month’s wait, it is finally made available to all in it’s present format. It is one hour and 16 minutes, recorded in April 2018.
SOS podcast number 2’s main subject is British gastronomy. We sit down and have a conversation with our English guest Edward Stern, about British cuisine and specialties. We then go into semantics and explore some of our heartfelt subjects such as global and local culture, cheese, and the concept of terroir, in our good news section. Your podcasts don’t seem to be very regular, are they?
Hi Linus, as you can see, we just resumed broadcasting our podcasts with SOS podcast #4 (The sense of place). They will be updated monthly and as we grow, we aim to eventually become a weekly podcast.
